1. Who runs this shop

This online shop, Huks, is operated by:

Business activity: sale of illustrated apparel and prints

Huks is a small business under §6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG. No

VAT is charged and no VAT is shown on invoices.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order on huks.studio, you accept these

Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie notice. You

commit to not using the site for illegal purposes.

3. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally

able to enter into this contract. You confirm the

information you provide is true, complete and accurate.

4. Products, prices and offers

Prices are in euros (€). As a Kleinunternehmer under §6

Abs 1 Z 27 UStG, I do not charge VAT.

Products are available while listed in the catalog. I

may update product availability and prices at any time.

Prices confirmed on your order confirmation email are

locked for that order.

If a price displays incorrectly due to an obvious error,

I reserve the right to cancel the affected order and

refund you in full before shipping.

5. Fulfillment partner

Orders are printed and shipped by Printful, my

print-on-demand partner. Data required to fulfill your

order (name, shipping address, order details) is

transmitted to Printful under a Data Processing

Agreement. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. Payments

are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe,

PayPal). Payment data is transmitted directly to the

provider over an encrypted connection. I do not store

your card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping page for delivery times, costs, and

tracking details.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

See the Returns page for the 14-day statutory right of

withdrawal (FAGG § 11) and the return process.

9. Legal guarantee

All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee against

defects from the date of delivery, under Austrian

Gewährleistungsrecht.

10. External links

The site may link to third-party websites. I don't

control those sites and I'm not responsible for their

content, availability or accuracy.

11. Intellectual property

Text, illustrations, photos, code and other content on

huks.studio are owned by Huks or used under license.

Reproduction, resale or commercial use requires my

written consent.

12. User content

If you send me content (photos, ideas, suggestions), you

grant Huks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free

license to display and use it for marketing and

communications, until you withdraw it. You keep

ownership. Contact hello@huks.studio to request removal.

13. Promotional codes

- One code per order. Codes cannot be combined.

- Each code can be used once per customer.

- Codes are valid only on huks.studio.

- Codes expire on the date announced in the

  communication that introduced them. Where no date is

  given, I may cancel a code at any time.

- Codes have no cash value.

- Creator codes remain active until the creator publishes

  a new one or the collaboration ends.

- Standard purchase, return and exchange terms apply to

  any order using a code.

14. Gift cards

- Valid on all products, including shipping.

- No expiration date.

- Any unused balance is saved for a future purchase.

- Refundable only to the original buyer, only if unused.

15. Data protection

I process your personal data as described in the Privacy

Policy. I apply technical and organizational security

measures (TLS encryption for payment, hosted on

Cloudflare, minimal data storage). No system is 100%

secure, so please also protect your account credentials.

16. Amendments

I may update these Terms in the future. Significant

changes will be announced on huks.studio. For pending

orders, the Terms in effect when you placed the order

apply.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies to these Terms, without prejudice

to the mandatory consumer protections of your country

of residence under EU law. Consumer disputes may also

be brought before the courts of your country of

residence.
