  • Are the tees true to size?

    They run big by European standards. If you usually wear M in European fits, order S. If you wear American or oversized fits, your usual size works.

    Is there a size chart?

    Yes, on every product page below the description. Measurements in cm and inches.

    How do I find the right size?

    Compare against a tee you already own and like the fit of. That's the most reliable test.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Then shipping on top:

    • EU: 5 to 20 business days standard, 1 to 3 days express. Spain and Portugal: 24 to 48 hours.

    • UK: 3 to 7 business days standard, 1 to 3 days express.

    • US and rest of world: 5 to 20 business days standard.

    These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen.

    Where do you ship?

    Worldwide. Orders to Europe are fulfilled from our partner's facilities in Spain (Barcelona) and Latvia. Orders to the US are fulfilled from US facilities. The system routes each order to the closest center automatically.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Calculated at checkout based on your country. Roughly:

    • EU: €4.29 first item, €1.25 each additional

    • UK: from €3.69 first item, €1.25 each additional

    • US: from €3.99 to €4.49 first item, €1.80 to €2.10 each additional

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. Tracking link by email once your order ships.

    What about VAT and customs?

    • EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein: VAT is included in the price. No customs charges for EU orders (they're fulfilled inside the EU).

    • US, Canada, and everywhere else: No VAT charged at checkout. You may be responsible for import duties or local taxes when the package arrives. This depends on your country's rules.

  • Can I return something I don't like?

    Every piece is made for you when you order. Because of that, we don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or "it didn't fit my vibe." Read the size chart and product page carefully before ordering.

    What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    Email hello@huks.studio within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We replace it or refund you, your choice. No need to send the damaged item back.

    Wrong size, can I exchange?

    We can't exchange wrong-size orders. Each piece is printed for you, so there's no stock to swap into. Re-check the size chart before ordering. If you genuinely got the wrong item shipped (not just the wrong size you ordered), email hello@huks.studio and we'll fix it.

    Brazil customers: under local law you have 7 calendar days from delivery to cancel. Email us if you need to use this right.

  • Why are the tees more expensive than fast fashion?

    Because they're not fast fashion. Organic cotton (GOTS + OCS certified). Hand-drawn original artwork. Made to order, one at a time. No warehouse, no waste. You're paying for the chain that gets a real piece from a real person to you.

    Will the print fade or crack?

    Not with normal wear. Wash inside out, cold water, hang to dry. Avoid the dryer. Don't iron over the print (iron the inside if you need to). With that care, the print outlives most of your other tees.

    Is the cotton really organic?

    Yes. Every tee carries GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OCS (Organic Content Standard) certifications. Look at the fabric label inside.

    Where are the blank tees made?

    Tees from Bangladesh, the cap from China, the tote from India. All from suppliers that meet the certifications.

    Where are the prints made?

    At our fulfillment partner's facility in Barcelona or Latvia for European orders, US facility for US orders. Printed to order, never sits in a warehouse.

  • Who's behind Huks?

    One person. Ernesto. Venezuelan, based in Vienna. Every illustration on every piece is drawn by him.

    Is Huks really independent?

    Yes. No investors. No parent company. One person, one desk, one brand. The shop, the comics, the climbing app, the 3D world on this site, all from the same hand.

    Why print-on-demand instead of holding stock?

    So nothing gets thrown away. Fashion's biggest waste is unsold inventory. On-demand means every piece has a person already attached to it before it exists. Slower than fast fashion, lighter on the world.

    Why are some drops limited?

    Some designs are tied to a specific moment, character, or collection. When the moment passes, the design goes. If you see something you want, take it before it's gone.

    Do you restock?

    Sometimes on the open drops. Never on the limited ones.

  • Can you make a custom piece for me?

    I could but the design are have to be related to the huks World style.
