Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations
Right of Withdrawal (14-day statutory right)
Under Austrian and EU consumer law (FAGG § 11), you have
the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of
receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify me before the 14 days are
up with any clear statement (email, letter, or the model
withdrawal form at the bottom of this page). The easiest
way is emailing hello@huks.studio.
Custom or personalized items (products made to your
individual specifications) are exempt from the 14-day
right under FAGG § 18(1)(3).

Condition of returned items
Items must arrive back in original condition: unused,
unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items that show
signs of use cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the
customer's expense. I recommend a trackable shipping
method. The risk of loss during return transit is on the
customer, so please ship with tracking.
Refund
Once I receive the return and verify its condition, I
refund your original payment (including the cheapest
standard shipping cost from the original order) within
14 days, using the same payment method.
Exchanges
Free exchanges are available for customers in Austria and
Germany only. I cover the re-shipping. Contact me before
sending anything back.
International returns (outside the EU)
For non-EU returns, all shipping costs are the customer's
responsibility. Any customs or import charges levied at
the Austrian border on returned items are the customer's
responsibility if they occur. Refunds are processed only
after the item arrives in original condition.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, I
cover all return shipping costs and offer you a
replacement, exchange or full refund. Contact me
immediately with a photo of the issue.
Legal guarantee (Gewährleistung)
Under Austrian and EU law, all products carry a 2-year
legal guarantee against defects from the date of delivery.
Dispute resolution
If we can't resolve a return dispute directly, EU
consumers can use the Online Dispute Resolution platform:
