Shipping & Returns
Delivery times
Every Huks piece is printed on demand by my fulfillment partner. That means production takes 2-5 business days, then shipping on top.
Realistic total time from order to your door:
- Austria & Germany: 5-9 business days
- Rest of EU: 7-12 business days
- Outside EU: 10-20 business days
Times may extend during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or specific promotions.
After you pay, you'll get an order confirmation email. Once the print is ready and shipped, you'll get a second email from the carrier with a tracking number and instructions. If the link isn't live yet when the email arrives, give it a few hours to update.
I do everything I can to keep to these windows, but I cannot be held responsible for delays outside my control (customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays).
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find the link in your account under your order history.
Minimum order
None. I ship to every country listed at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. The total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
International deliveries (outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges under local customs laws.
I ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. That means Huks covers getting the package to your country, but does not cover import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. Those are the recipient's responsibility, even if the order is refused at customs.
If you're sending Huks products to someone outside the EU, please make sure they know this before checkout.
Customs processing may also cause additional delays outside my control.
Right of withdrawal
If you're an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on the Widerrufsbelehrung page.
Returns policy (in addition to your statutory rights)
Beyond the 14-day statutory right, I offer a 30-day return window from the date you received the order.
Items must arrive back in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- EU returns: return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
- Non-EU returns: the customer covers return shipping AND any import duties/taxes into Austria (the retur destination). Payment of those costs must clear within 30 days of the original purchase. Once I receive the item back in the condition described above, I refund the outstanding balance.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Place of delivery
Delivery goes to the address you provide at checkout. If no one is there to receive it, the carrier will attempt a second delivery and contact you using the phone number on the order.
To avoid delivery problems: double-check your address and make sure the phone number you enter is reachable.
